LeadPilotOS vs. AgencyZoom
Two CRMs built for independent insurance agencies. Here is where each one is stronger.
The short answer
AgencyZoom and LeadPilotOS are both built for independent insurance agencies, and both include 7 users at a flat monthly price. AgencyZoom is strongest at connecting to your agency management system and automating renewals, win-backs and review requests.
LeadPilotOS is built around the sales floor: a built-in auto-dialer that rings your agent first and then calls two leads at once, one-click desk phone calling, and AI Call Copilot notes after recorded calls, for $299 a month with everything included.

Pricing
Both companies charge one flat price per agency with 7 users included, so a 7-person agency pays the same whether everyone logs in or not. LeadPilotOS is one plan at $299 a month with nothing to unlock. AgencyZoom has three plans at $149, $199 and $349 a month; calling from inside AgencyZoom is on the $349 Pro plan.
With both, the calls and texts themselves are billed by the phone and texting companies you connect.
Calling
This is the biggest difference. In LeadPilotOS, the auto-dialer rings the agent’s phone first, then dials two leads at the same time; the first lead who answers connects right away. Agents can also click a lead and have their real desk phone place the call, and hang up from the screen.
AgencyZoom’s help center describes click-to-call through a phone company you connect (such as RingCentral, Twilio or Bridge), available on the Pro plan. We found no built-in power dialer or auto-dialer when we searched its help center (October 2026).
After the call
LeadPilotOS’s AI Call Copilot turns a recorded call into suggested notes, an outcome and the next follow-up for the agent to review and save. Ask Copilot answers questions about a lead’s calls and shows the exact words each answer came from. Call Copilot works with CallHarbor phone accounts.
AgencyZoom logs calls as activities, and its help center describes call recordings from some connected phone companies (RingCentral, Twilio and Lightspeed). We found no AI call notes or transcription when we searched its help center (October 2026).
After the sale
Here AgencyZoom goes deeper. It connects to many agency management systems and runs automated renewal, win-back, review and referral campaigns, and it has dedicated plans for captive agents.
LeadPilotOS keeps customers, policies, renewals and cross-sell organized, and its Dashboard shows sales by agent and by lead source.
LeadPilotOS is best for
- Agencies of about 2 to 7 people that buy or generate internet leads
- Owners who want leads called fast, and to know when they aren’t
- Teams that want the dialer, AI call notes and the CRM in one place, on one simple bill
AgencyZoom is best for
- Agencies whose main need is retention and service automation tied to their AMS
- Captive agents who want a plan made for their carrier
- Agencies that want a large existing user base (AgencyZoom says 35,000+ users)
Switching from AgencyZoom
